A Huawei pedigree, a maker-first plan
Euler One, a home embodied-intelligence company, announced on 12 October a several-hundred-million-yuan angel-plus round. The investors include Chengyuanxiang Fund, Xinneng Venture, Xizhou International, Topband and Hony Capital, with Value View Capital as sole adviser. It is the company’s fourth financing since its March 2026 founding.

Founder Zhou Shunbo is a Huawei robotics “genius youth” who ran Huawei Cloud’s Physical Intelligence Innovation Lab and led the build-out of Huawei’s embodied-AI system from scratch, including the CloudRobo platform. Co-founder Zhang Jing studied at Tsinghua, earned an MBA at Dartmouth, and previously worked in product at Amazon AWS and in innovation cloud at Huawei.
Euler One targets home service robots with a “progressive evolution” path: not an all-in-one appliance at launch, but a machine that masters basic skills first and then opens the skill-learning process to users, keeping on learning inside real homes.
Makers first, then the mass market
The strategy is makers first, mass later. The first product is aimed at makers and developers, a mobile chassis with two arms that serves as the physical carrier for data collection and model training. The company has built a Real-world RSI system and published an early result of its Action-Native Foundation Model route called UniWAM, exploring continuous improvement from real-world feedback.
Euler One also partnered with the Hao Kang home-services platform, turning standardised demonstrations by professional cleaners into training data.
Four rounds in six months come straight from Zhou’s Huawei record and the team’s full embodied-platform engineering experience. Handing skill learning to users and collecting real home data cheaply through makers dodges the cost trap of large-scale real-robot data, but whether the data flywheel can spin at a still-small user base is the core variable.
Topband’s entry as an industrial backer hints at possible supply-chain alignment on hardware.
