Laifull Harmonic, the ‘first harmonic-reducer share’ on the Hong Kong market, recently disclosed its first half-year report since listing. In the first half of 2026 it posted revenue of 142 million yuan, up 80.1 per cent from 78.97 million yuan a year earlier, and gross profit of 38.83 million yuan, up 148.3 per cent, with gross margin rising from 19.8 per cent to 27.3 per cent as profitability improved.
Domestic humanoid and industrial-robot substitution drove the gain, with Laifull’s China revenue at 96.8 per cent of the total and overseas only 3.2 per cent, leaving wide room abroad. The firm remains in a phased loss of 71.9 million yuan, narrowed 14.1 per cent, with adjusted loss of just 4.12 million yuan, down 63.2 per cent, basically clearing operating losses.
As the domestic No.2 harmonic-reducer brand, Laifull covers 3 to 58 millimetre sizes with its delta-gear FS and FH designs, accuracy to plus or minus 15 arc-seconds and life beyond 10,000 hours. In April it delivered its one-millionth and one-million-and-first units.
Research spending reached 30.7 million yuan in the first half, up 62.7 per cent, on tooth-form, material and process optimisation and on joint modules, encoders and drives. Harmonic and other precision-part revenue was 119.4 million yuan, 83.9 per cent of total, with shipments of 239,500 units, up 112.0 per cent. Smaller 52 millimetre-and-below units rose from 5.1 per cent to 10.6 per cent of shipments, matching humanoid needs.
Unit cost fell from 482 yuan to 351 yuan, and harmonic gross margin rose from 20.7 per cent to 29.6 per cent. First-half design capacity was 270,000 units with output of 256,900, a 95.1 per cent utilisation, and monthly design capacity reached 64,800 by July, heading to 80,000 by year end. Orders on hand passed 400,000 units as of 31 July.
