Guangdong Lingyi iTech has signed a strategic framework agreement with Jingjinji Runze Digital Information of Langfang, and the two will cooperate on complete robots, core components, research and deployment scenarios. They also intend to establish a joint venture in Hengnan county, Hunan, to manufacture robot parts and finished machines from a local smart manufacturing base.
The stated focus is physical AI and robotics, covering technology development, core components, complete machine manufacturing, application scenarios and data. Lingyi iTech contributes its full chain delivery capability in humanoid core parts, joint modules, dexterous hands and assembly. Runze contributes its role in incubating the agent supply chain and building industrial ecosystem platforms.

Why a casing maker is credible here
Lingyi iTech, listed in Shenzhen, built its business on precision structural parts and now supplies humanoid robot core components, joint modules and dexterous hands. It already operates embodied intelligent manufacturing bases in Beijing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Dongguan and several overseas locations.
The agreement is framed as an attempt to connect two links that are usually separate: robot manufacturing and compute infrastructure. Lingyi describes it as a three layer strategy spanning devices, physical systems and compute, and it has assembled liquid cooling plus power supply capability aimed at AI data centres.
Runze, based in Langfang in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei corridor, works on incubating agent technology companies and on data industry platforms. The pairing puts a component supplier and a data centre operator into the same corporate vehicle, which is a different bet from the usual robot startup raising a venture round.
No financial terms, ownership split or production capacity were disclosed.
