Recently, Jieluo Intelligent Equipment (Suzhou) held a groundbreaking for its headquarters project in Wuzhong district. The site covers 42.5 mu, about 2.8 hectares, with roughly 70,000 square metres of floor area and total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. It will build a headquarters base producing 2,000 trackless-navigation robots, known as AMRs, and 500 wafer smart-storage units a year. Once in production, estimated annual output is 2.5 billion yuan.

As a domestic “little giant” in semiconductor smart equipment, Jieluo has been rooted in Wuzhong since 2020, focused on semiconductor AMHS overall solutions, intelligent AMRs and Industry 4.0 internet-of-things systems. It serves 70 per cent of the world’s top semiconductor chip firms and has scaled deployments at domestic wafer fabs and advanced packaging sites. Since founding it has won backing from Hefei Jianinvest, Shenzhen Capital, Huixin Investment, SAIF, Zihe Capital and Wuzhong Jin Kong.
Drawing on its founders’ years in the semiconductor industry, Jieluo has full-stack self-research across algorithm, software and hardware, runs a 10,000 square metre plant, meets the ISO Class 1 cleanest standard, and claims a 100 per cent customer repurchase rate with zero unfinished projects.
It has developed more than ten wafer-handling AMR models and built out wafer libraries and overhead hoist systems. In one AI wafer-handling scenario, Jieluo’s solution cuts single-shift labour by 86.7 per cent, runs a single robot at three times human daily handling efficiency, lifts cross-workshop efficiency by 75 per cent, shortens the production cycle by 15 per cent and speeds new-workshop deployment by over 90 per cent. It eliminates manual-handling risk, drives wafer damage to zero, lifts yield to 99.5 per cent, and records 1,200 days of safe production with 100 per cent cleanroom compliance.
In 2025 Jieluo’s sales doubled and net profit reached 45 million to 50 million yuan. Its 2026 order book has already passed 1.5 times the full-year 2025 total.
WSTS forecasts the 2026 global semiconductor market at about 1.5 trillion US dollars, up roughly 90 per cent from 2025 and a new high. As the industry expands and processes grow finer, standards for cleanliness, precision and yield keep rising. YHResearch puts the 2024 global semiconductor-robot market at 11.56 billion yuan, climbing to 17.04 billion yuan by 2031, a 2025 to 2031 compound annual growth rate of 6.0 per cent.
