Wanson launches NOVA2.0, its open-world commercial-grade embodied AI brain

Wanson Technology, a flexible embodied-intelligence specialist, has released NOVA2.0, the second generation of its flexible embodied brain and what it calls the industry’s first open-world, all-weather, commercial-delivery-grade embodied-AI architecture.

The architecture grew out of more than 10 million multi-dimensional extreme-condition operations across 40-plus real industry scenarios, from real estate and power to transport, autonomous driving and manufacturing, building a scarce real-world data flywheel.

Where most embodied AI moves from clean demos to early proof-of-concept, Wanson bet on Somatic AI, letting soft robotic bodies’ natural sensing and adaptability replicate life’s subconscious responses without heavy reliance on models and data.

NOVA2.0 uses a tactile-native, multimodal, hierarchical design that generates trajectories from subconscious action primitives, giving low-data, ultra-fast, strongly generalising behaviour. One brain adapts to muscle-joint, single-arm, dual-arm and humanoid forms, with 20-millisecond trajectory generation under sudden real-world changes.

Its track record is concrete: operations from zero lux to 100,000 lux, from minus 40 deg C to 60 deg C, at 5,190 m altitude, against 110 kV interference and 61 km/h wind and rain, with 99.9 per cent-plus delivery success and a commercial repurchase share above 40 per cent.

Wanson says its products now reach 100-plus countries and cover more than 90 per cent of APEC economies, turning flexible embodied intelligence from a demo into batch-deployable productivity.
