Dobot expects first-half 2026 revenue of roughly 300 to 330 million yuan, up 94.65 to 114.12 percent year on year, with gross profit of 140 to 170 million yuan, up 84.73 to 124.31 percent, the company said in a recent profit alert. On top of its scaling collaborative-robot business, Dobot’s embodied-AI business is moving from proof-of-concept into batch order fulfilment — the “certainty” of its core business levering the “possibility” curve of embodied intelligence.
Collaborative-robot shipments took the global No. 1 spot in 2025, cumulatively past 100,000 units, serving 80-plus Fortune 500 firms across 15 industries and 200-plus scenarios. Six-axis collaborative arms alone earned 302 million yuan in 2025, up 44.66 percent, over 60 percent of revenue. Profitability is improving: 2025 Non-GAAP loss was about 49 million yuan, nearly 40 million of it R&D earmarked for embodied AI — strip that out and the core business is roughly break-even. By H1 2026, collaborative-robot orders on hand exceeded 100 million yuan, with revenue and gross profit doubling.
Dobot’s logic is simple: let the core collaborative-robot business supply steady revenue and cash flow, then recycle those resources into forward embodied-AI spending. Everbright Securities calls it “one of the few scarce names simultaneously holding global collaborative-robot leadership and full-stack embodied-AI self-development,” predicting 2026 will bring “new-product ramp, customer repurchase, capacity expansion and margin improvement all resonating.”
Underneath, integrated joints, servo systems and force sensors are highly reusable between collaborative and embodied products; core-part self-development exceeds 90 percent and new-product development has compressed to seven months. On the scene side, years serving auto, 3C and new-energy clients directly shape embodied-product definition and testing. Dobot is running POC or pilots with Valeo, Leapmotor, CWB Automotive and others; industrial embodied-AI customers approach 100.
From industrial collaborative arms to the full-size humanoid ATOM, from quadruped to hexapod and dual-arm, Dobot has built a multi-form embodied portfolio. ATOM has entered its third mass-production batch, making Dobot one of China’s first humanoid makers in scaled production. Embodied-AI revenue jumped 418.84 percent in 2025; H1 2026 shipment value passed 40 million yuan — over double the full-year 2025 level — with orders and framework agreements above 60 million yuan, 10 million of it in industrial manufacturing.
Dobot has signed 231 embodied-AI customers across industrial, education and retail; it won a bid for Guangdong’s embodied-AI training ground, staking a claim in the data-collection infrastructure layer. It has built a full conversion chain — intent, POC, small-batch trial, scaled delivery — and an industrial-first closed loop of “data collection, model training, real deployment, data backflow.” Analysts note the industry’s shortage is not concept heat but the ability to put product on the line; Dobot, with a profitable core and a ramping embodied business, offers an observable path from tech concept to commercial reality.
