On 8 September Noetix Robotics formally launched Scalabot, a general embodied-intelligence technology brand, together with HERON-World Model, the first world model under its HERON architecture. The move extends the company beyond robot bodies into full-stack capability that pairs body with embodied brain.
Scalabot fuses Scale and Robot. Noetix believes the Scaling Law holds in the physical world too, and that the ceiling of embodied intelligence is ultimately set by the scale of data. The brand is positioned to build the core ability of robots to understand the world, predict the future and act autonomously, so a robot can complete tasks it was never trained for in environments it has never seen, turning general embodied intelligence into a scalable new productive force in the real world.
Unlike the common bolt-on pattern of body plus algorithm, Noetix and Scalabot take a deeply coordinated route: the intelligence system’s needs for sensors, compute, degrees of freedom and data interfaces are baked into the hardware definition stage, so body and brain evolve together. At the same time, Scalabot’s model ability is not tied to one specific body. Through a unified action representation and cross-platform architecture it can adapt to robots of different forms and degrees of freedom, letting intelligence migrate and generalise across a wider robot ecosystem.
Scalabot is planned to build a continuously evolving data loop: perception and interaction data from real scenarios flows back to drive model growth, and improved models in turn let robots take on harder tasks, forming a positive cycle of data, model and application. HERON-World Model is the first public result on this path, with more HERON-series models to follow.
On deployment, Scalabot will focus on home service and extend into commercial service. Technical details of HERON-World Model have been published on the Scalabot official channels. Noetix spent the past three years on robot-body R&D and manufacturing, covering structural design, motion control, supply-chain integration and scaled production. Last October it launched Xiaobumi, the industry’s first high-performance consumer humanoid, using lightweight materials to push the price into the around-RMB-10,000 range.
