Xiaoyu Zhizao (Xiaoyu Intelligent) has closed a several-hundred-million-yuan round, its third of 2026, with Blooming Star, Singapore’s Kamet Capital and Guoke Yingfeng Fund among the investors, Gasgoo Embodied has learned.
The round follows a several-hundred-million-yuan B round in February led by Huaye Tiancheng and a several-hundred-million-yuan B+ round in May backed by BAIC Capital, Fosun Ruitong and C&D Emerging. Its industrial backers now span steel structure, shipbuilding, auto manufacturing and consumer electronics.
Founded in February 2023, Xiaoyu builds one general brain that fits welding, grinding, precision assembly and inspection robots, chasing general embodied intelligence through industrial deployment.
A welding station you can buy
Its technology base rests on three pillars: the Xiaoyu Runwu world model, the Xiaoyu Xirang hardware platform and the positioning pen. At the Global Digital Economy Conference it launched the Xiaoyu Future Robot, billed as the first industrial embodied welding robot, with a standard station starting at 169,800 yuan.
The station pairs a Universal Robots arm, a Mech-Mind industrial camera and Nvidia chips with the in-house positioning pen, plus welder, water tank and wire feeder and a floor rail, and ships with more than 200 standard process packs covering most routine needs in steel, shipbuilding and power towers.
The Xiaoyu Future Robot is already running in more than ten front-line plants across construction, shipbuilding, power towers, bridges and heavy machinery.
