Digital Huaxia funds bionic humanoid rollout

Digital Huaxia has closed a hundreds-of-millions-yuan Pre-A strategic round with several deep-pocketed industrial investors joining and existing shareholder Cowin Capital adding to its stake. The capital arrives with concrete commercial orders and deployment scenes, binding money to business rather than to a promise. The round funds mass production of the bionic-intelligence product line and the RoboEase scenario brain.

Founded in March 2024, Digital Huaxia focuses on bionic intelligence and scenario intelligence, building what it calls warm humanoid robots for scaled commercial use. At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference it launched the Xialan R03, a bionic humanoid that speaks multiple languages, drops the wake word and handles reception, guidance and explanation end to end, a fully unattended service robot. The firm’s thesis is that a good robot should understand people, not merely resemble them, and it has invested in expression control, attention, long-term memory and a fast-slow brain.

Drag-and-drop deployment

To make deployment trivial, Digital Huaxia built RoboEase, a scenario brain that orchestrates agents through a graphical flow with no coding. RoboEase already runs in banks, elderly care, government halls, hospital triage and hotel front desks, letting a robot be deployed by dragging and dropping rather than by engineering. With this round the firm pushes bionic intelligence from concept to scaled rollout.

From 19 to 23 August, the 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing will host Digital Huaxia’s immersive zones for finance, elderly care and retail, the first public full show of Xialan R03 and RoboEase in real business flows such as bank customer acquisition, client reception and health monitoring.
