Jijia Vision’s joint-stock revamp puts a ‘world model’ IPO on the near horizon

Gasgoo’s Embodied Intelligence desk reports that Beijing Jijia Vision Technology has completed its joint-stock restructuring, changing its name to Beijing Jijia Vision Technology Co., Ltd and converting from a limited liability company to a joint-stock company. The commercial-registration change has been publicised. A joint-stock conversion is the statutory precursor to a public listing, and with its financing stage already tagged Pre-IPO, the renaming is widely read as the capitalisation process moving into execution.

Jijia Vision has drawn heavy capital attention this year. Between March and June alone it closed a near RMB 1bn Pre-B, a near RMB 1.5bn B1 and a RMB 1bn B2 round, roughly RMB 3.5bn across three months. Founder and CEO Huang Guan told media during WAIC that a new round was close, with a post-money valuation near USD 3bn (about RMB 20bn).

Market talk suggests Jijia could file with the Hong Kong exchange as soon as late 2026 and, if smooth, list in the first half of 2027, angling to be the first “world model” stock. The company has not officially confirmed any listing plan. As far back as late July, media reported it was considering a Hong Kong IPO as early as 2026; Jijia responded that the report misread a founder interview and was not an official statement, and that it had nothing undisclosed to announce.

Jijia is China’s first company to focus on world models, building a closed loop across its GigaWorld, DriveDreamer and YISU platforms, the general embodied brain GigaBrain, and the native body Maker, aiming for more than a hundredfold gain in productivity and creativity across general embodied intelligence, autonomous driving and content creation. Its products already span general robots, autonomous driving and content, serving hundreds of leading customers at home and abroad.

In April, Jijia worked with FAW Tooling and Alibaba Cloud to deliver China’s first end-to-end embodied-intelligence robot solution in a real industrial-manufacturing scenario. In June it announced a further tie-up with Longsheng Tech to deploy 1,000 general-purpose robots carrying its world-model brain and Maker series in Wuxi within three years.
