Gasgoo Embodied Intelligence has learned that Naochi Times (Shanghai) Technology, or “Naochi Times”, recently closed a tens-of-millions-yuan seed round led by Yuanhe Puhua. The company said the proceeds will mainly build its first-generation multi-function motor brain-computer interface product “Omni One”, advance self-developed non-invasive high-throughput ultrasound BCI systems and pre-clinical validation, and expand core engineering and clinical teams.
Founded in November 2025, Naochi Times is China’s first high-performance BCI company positioned on “whole-brain interface”. It aims to build a next-generation human-machine interaction platform linking the human brain directly with AI, developing non-invasive general multi-function ultrasound BCI products and pushing BCI from medical devices toward broader consumer use. Its core product idea is “high performance, wearable, non-invasive, easy to iterate”. The technical route uses functional ultrasound neuroimaging (fUSI) as the core neural-signal capture principle, achieving high-throughput, long-life brain-activity readout non-invasively, bypassing the immune rejection and lifespan limits of traditional implanted electrodes.
fUSI can realise equivalent million-channel data throughput, with 100-micron spatial resolution and 20-millisecond temporal resolution, meeting real-time control needs. Naochi Times’ first product “Omni One” is the world’s first general multi-function motor BCI that fuses multiple motion intentions on one non-invasive platform. It prioritises medical-rehabilitation scenes for patients with stroke, spinal-cord injury, ALS and hemiplegia, and will later extend to human-machine interaction and consumer electronics.
Gasgoo’s “Seeds Discovery” column aims to build a service platform linking startups, industry-ecosystem partners, investors and local governments, empowering the industrial chain. Since launch, it has focused on surfacing strong companies, technologies and business models in the intelligent-transformation wave. By Gasgoo’s count, nearly all startups it has featured have successfully connected with ecosystem resources.
