PaXini has secured a new strategic round of 1 billion yuan, pushing its total funding to 3.5 billion yuan. That is the largest cumulative raise in the global tactile-sensing field, leaving the embodied-perception track with a clear, isolated leader.
This round was co-led by a trillion-yuan global consumer-electronics and semiconductor giant, BOC International Investment and the Kunpeng Fund, a national-level fund with a big-data focus. Dinghui Baifu, the Chengdu Jiaozi AI Fund and the Jin-Rong Guosheng fund joined, with returning shareholder Zhilai Capital adding more. Gengxin Capital China remains the long-term exclusive strategic financial adviser.
Amid the rising waves of embodied perception, PaXini has once again pushed the record higher. After the previous round of over 1 billion yuan, cumulative funding reached 3.5 billion yuan by the third quarter. The entry of top-tier industrial capital and state-backed players gives it a rare growth curve of both scale and valuation.
The capital matrix: from industrial capital to a “national team plus three-region state funds” system. This financing is the largest and highest-energy strategic upgrade in the perception sub-track so far. It signals plainly that the sensing layer has become a contested ground for “national-level capital plus local AI funds”.
The lead-investor line-up shows a clear strategic gradient. Notably, the trillion-yuan consumer-electronics and semiconductor giant has been extremely cautious with direct bets in embodied intelligence, backing only two firms to date. PaXini is one of them. Its tactile-sensing scheme is already woven into the giant’s global supply chain, showing deep potential for scaled production and standardised coordination, and proving the scarce value of PaXini’s full-stack self-research moat.
Echoing that signal, national financial firepower entered in step. BOC International Investment and the Kunpeng Fund represent the state’s strategic anchoring on embodied-perception data assets and core sensors. The Chengdu Jiaozi and Jin-Rong Guosheng funds come from the Chengdu-Chongqing and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei AI hubs, forming a three-region matrix spanning west, central and north, together with market players such as Dinghui Baifu. Returning shareholders’ continued over-allotment further validates the certainty of PaXini’s model and path.
Unlike the common single financial investment, this round forms a clear fourfold force: national financial capital provides strategic backing and compliance support, three-region AI funds bind regional industrial landing and scenes, top market institutions empower capital operations and governance, and the global industrial giant opens scene entry and commercial paths. Together they build a rare “four-in-one” capital ecosystem in embodied intelligence.
PaXini has always insisted on the hard but correct path, driving general intelligence with a full-stack self-research perception product matrix. Because PaXini understands both humanoid robots and algorithms end to end, it sees from the demand side where force-tactile technology truly goes, and helps customers deploy force-tactile ability natively. The home of touch is the data foundation of Physical AI, not the sensor itself. The label of global leader in tactile sensors cannot contain PaXini’s value boundary in the new Physical AI era.
