Ruisong Technology said it plans a private placement of up to 784 million yuan, with the net proceeds after fees going wholly to a high-speed six-axis robot industrialisation project, an HQ and R&D centre upgrade, and working capital and debt repayment.
The issue aims to expand capacity for market demand, lift process and quality, and strengthen technical reserve. The six-axis robot project grows output and delivery and hardens the robotics business; the R&D upgrade focuses on Nano PLR nano-scale robot bodies, micro-optical coupling, third-generation PLR robots and an AIoT digital platform.
Founded in 2012 by Sun Zhiqiang, Ruisong works across robotics, AI machine vision, industrial software and smart manufacturing, and in 2015 sold its first robot parts to Germany’s IBG. Its robotics path has long run with Panasonic: Sun started Guangzhou Songxing in 1995 as China’s first Panasonic weld-robot agent, and in 2025 Ruisong bought Panasonic Interconnect’s high-speed parallel-robot assets for 90 million yen.
A real product break
In January Ruisong’s self-developed high-speed six-axis PLR robot entered production: 0.8 micron repeatability, up to 2.2 metres per second, 3 kg load and over 50,000 hours mean time between failure, with key parts lasting over 10 years. Its self-controlled body and motion control now reach optical communications, 3C electronics, semiconductors and high-end precision electronics.
In optical communications it won supplier status with a global connector leader. In 3C and semiconductors its first-set equipment entered two display leaders for flexible FPC assembly with small repeat orders. In late 2025 it won a 330 million yuan Xinjiang cotton-picker parts order and a 130 million yuan Malaysia EV smart-manufacturing deal with INGRESS.
The profit turn
After years of rising orders but thin profit, Ruisong’s 2026 first quarter improved: revenue 202 million yuan, up 15.80 per cent, and net profit 20.58 million yuan, up 878.58 per cent, with recurring profit up 1,363.42 per cent.
