Gasgoo Embodied Intelligence reports that UBTECH has recently won overseas orders worth more than RMB 50 million. The order book spans commercial service humanoid Walker C1 and the ultra-realistic humanoid YouWorld U1, with customers across Europe, Japan and South Korea.

A wave of global partnerships
On 20 August, at the 2026 World Robot Conference, UBTECH signed a memorandum of understanding with Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel). The two will explore enterprise robotics applications built on UBTECH’s humanoid technology and product line, leaning on Singtel’s 5G coverage, broad enterprise customer base and managed-service expertise to build robot solutions for varied operating scenarios.
In mid-July, UBTECH’s Korean partner Dusan JMR and Korean auto-parts maker AJIN Industrial signed their own MoU. The three parties will jointly run a validation project for industrial humanoids Cruzr Y1 and Walker S2 on South Korea’s first automotive-parts production line. Under the plan, AJIN will launch a line proof-of-concept for Cruzr Y1 and Walker S2 inside the manufacturing innovation factory it opened in June.
Around the same time, UBTECH signed a comprehensive strategic MoU with a delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan. Working with the Kazakh government and local leader NERO Group, the company will first land education and commercial robot assembly lines, and with top Kazakh industrial and commercial firms push humanoids into scaled use across multiple scenarios. The parties will also set up Central Asia’s first humanoid R&D and data-collection centre, closing the loop from research to data training to scenario validation, and partner with leading Kazakh universities on frontier research.
Half-year results show the scale behind the pitch
The overseas orders extend a high-growth first half. UBTECH posted revenue of RMB 1.27 billion, up 104.2 per cent year on year, and sold 16,123 humanoid units, up 268.3 per cent. Full-size embodied humanoid revenue reached RMB 590 million, up 1,445 per cent, on 921 units, up 1,946.7 per cent. The company now runs three fronts at once: industrial, commercial and home consumer.
The run of deals is more than a footprint chart. It is concrete evidence that Chinese embodied-intelligence technology is leaving home, and that a Shenzhen humanoid maker is now selling into telcos, car plants and governments rather than demo stages.
