Middle East sovereign capital leads Zhishen’s Series B as output passes 15,000 robots

On 20 September Zhishen Technology announced a several-hundred-million-yuan Series B strategic round led by UAE-based Stone Venture, with financial institutions including Hongshan Capital, Yueke Finance, Wuzhong Rongyue and Wuzhong Jinkong, plus industrial investors Neusoft, Hamps Tech, Vision Capital and Riying Electronics.

The company said the proceeds will go to robot bodies, embodied brains and task execution, lifting body quality, reliability and cost competitiveness, iterating its GSD autonomous-navigation capability and strengthening real-scene task work, while ramping R&D on the four intelligences of motion, space, interaction and swarm.

After the round Zhishen will launch a Gravity Plan, opening 1,000 real robots and over 100 million yuan of resources to developers, universities and industry partners in its first phase.

Zhishen builds robots that can actually do work, moving from entering a site autonomously to completing tasks autonomously, and scaling production into power, petrochemical, firefighting and emergency response. From high-power-density joint modules to full assembly, from motion-control algorithms to embodied brains, from the MATRiX 2.0 simulation platform to industry solutions, it runs a complete chain and organises it around four intelligences: motion underpins body control, space gives perception and autonomous decisions, interaction turns intent into complex tasks, and swarm points to multi-machine collaboration.

Its main products include the Copper Hammer M1 series, the industrial quadruped Steel Coin L2, the explosive-proof inspection quadruped Lead Ball SP1, the humanoid Zhishen YinYi NE01, the MATRiX 2.0 high-fidelity simulation platform and the CHAMP joint-module series, with scaled shipments already underway.

By June 2026 Zhishen had produced over 15,000 embodied-intelligence robots, with monthly capacity above 5,000 units and monthly output value above 140 million yuan, and became the first Chinese company to push self-developed joint-module annual capacity past 1 million units.
