RuSong Technology posted its strongest results since listing in the first half of 2026. Revenue was 625 million yuan, up 71.67 per cent year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was 41.8441 million yuan, up 3,349.46 per cent, swinging to profit. Deducted profit was 39.0224 million yuan, up 1,338.79 per cent. Net operating cash flow was 105 million yuan, up 2,142.94 per cent, a sharp improvement in collection efficiency.
By quarter the gains were steady: first and second quarter net profit were 20.58 million and 21.2614 million yuan, up 878.58 per cent and 726.99 per cent. Deducted profit was 19.4819 million and 19.5405 million, up 1,363.42 per cent and 536.04 per cent.
By segment, robot automation lines brought in 533 million yuan, up 92.00 per cent, the core pillar. Robot workstations contributed 60.4805 million, up 45.07 per cent. Only robot parts and other revenue slipped, 31.3748 million, down 28.95 per cent.
The jump came from effective market strategy and wins in overseas and north west China markets. The company’s history is a ride: after listing in 2020 net profit slid from 50.64 million to a 62.73 million loss in 2022, then returned to profit from 2023 to 2025 but stayed thin, easing from 49.2386 million to 11.5475 million.
RuSong began as China’s first Panasonic welding robot agent and authorised service partner, then formed a joint venture with Japan’s Hokuto to enter automotive body welding, and later bought Panasonic’s high speed parallel robot assets. It is now one of China’s largest robot and smart manufacturing system integrators. Recently it has pushed high speed six axis robots as a second growth curve, targeting high end precision fields: automotive, 3C electronics, machinery, aerospace.
R&D in the half year was 22.2066 million yuan. The firm holds 573 patents and software rights, 241 of them invention. The payoff came in January when its subsidiary RuSong Robot launched the S series PLR high speed six axis parallel robot, moving from integrator to builder. The PLR robot has already qualified with a global connector leader, entered two semiconductor display leaders with reorders, and won small batch orders in precision electronics.
For embodied intelligence, RuSong plans to fuse AI with multi modal perception, autonomous decision and reinforcement learning so robots handle complex scenarios. It also built a full stack of machine vision, industrial software and motion controllers: its Ruisi Vision unit developed 12 vision sensor products and an LLM agent RAG based industrial vision cloud platform, serving Toyota, BYD and Foxconn. Its own flight software, RMC controller and RIDP digital twin round out the stack.
The traditional base keeps contributing. Its Guangzhou unit signed smart manufacturing contracts with Qijing and Zhijie, served the Lexus Shanghai plant, and supplied a maglev threshold beam line to an AITO supplier. It deepened the Panasonic tie past 10,000 robots in February and plans to expand to Japan and globally via the PLR robot and RIDP platform.
